Richard Gold is one of the most recognisable valuers and auctioneers in the country, having been in the auction business for over 40 years. With a previous role as a co-owner and director of a provincial auction house, Richard had overall responsibility for the Furniture, Ceramics and Asian Art departments.
Richard is a Liveryman of The Worshipful Company Of Arts Scholars, Heritage Advisor to one of the Great Twelve Livery Companies and a Member of The Select Society of Auctioneer
Richard has a dual role at Duke’s, acting both as area representative for Somerset and dealing with a number of Duke’s professional valuation services.
